All shipments are by UPS. On all international shipments you will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. In Ukraine, tracking is currently available only in some parts of the country.

For orders placed outside of Ukraine, please allow approximately ten days for delivery. For deliveries within Ukraine - allow about six days.

If the item is shipped to a destination outside of Ukraine, the shipping cost includes all applicable export certification fees, as well as customs processing fees collected by the destination country. Also included is a fee for an expert appraisal of the item to be exported. Required by Ukrainian law, the appraisal certifies the contemporary nature of the artwork shipped thereby preventing the illicit export of historical items.

All international shipments are insured. In Ukraine, UPS guarantees delivery, but does not yet offer insurance.
